CONTACTING US AND ACCESSING THE SERVICE
In order to be accessible to as many individuals as possible, the CareAware Advocacy Service is available through a variety of formats. In addition to the website, a printed literature library of information is available.
Individual enquiries can be answered by post, via e-mail, by fax or by calling the dedicated Helpline. In addition, we have developed a simple tick-box questionnaire for care residents and their families to help ensure that they have access to the full range of information they are likely to require in dealing with a long term care need.
CareAware can also offer training, seminars, information workshops, media articles and newsletters.
